Together we will set an intention for your session.
This healing session creates a powerful feeling of connection and grace within body, mind and soul by directing deeply intentional life force energy through dormant meridians in the subtle body.
During your session, Ann facilitates reiki, energy clearing, and a subtle body activation that directs vital life force energy through your energetic meridians. Your session will be closed with a short reflection and discussion.

10 minutes of discussion and intention setting.

Inhalation of essential oils to reduce stress or tension if desired.

40 minutes of Reiki.

10 minute reflection post healing session.

Bonus: free aromatherapy consultation with a minimum of 3 Reiki sessions ($50 worth if scheduled separately)
When you have never tried a Reiki session before, I strongly encourage you to come and try it at least three times in a consecutive manner with only one to two weeks interval.
During these visits, I also motivate my clients to practice on meditation. You can find these tools by reading some of my blogposts about the chakras.
Once you can easily relax with the process, a 30 minute session is great for instant relaxation, rejuvenation, and focus.
A Reiki session of 60' to 90' is recommended for a deeper experience and is optimal for healing.
Essential oils are a big help for winding down, calming the nerves and an excellent tool for preparing for any type of meditation. The more you are relaxed before a Reiki session, the more efficient the energy will be balanced and flowing through your body.
Cancer survivors pay $ 50 for 60-90 minutes depending on how the session goes.
Nothing in a hurry, we take our time to heal.
About Meditation
A good idea is to practice meditation on a regular basis. Here are some tips you can use to meditate at home:

Select a room that has a comfy chair for sitting or a carpeted floor for lying down. Maybe your couch is the ideal place to tap in to your spiritual world. It is best to not be distracted by noises causing stress, so try to block out everything around you except for nature sounds.

If possible, dim the lights to create a relaxing environment. Low lights enhance the ability to relax by blocking out visual distractions. If the room lights cannot be controlled to your satisfaction, bring along a lamp or a night light.

Adjust the thermostat so that the room temperature is warm and comfortable. If the room is too cool, it will make it harder to relax and remain focused. Wearing a sweater or jacket may help as well together with a warm & cozy blanket. Just set back and relax!
How much treatment?
It is normal that you ask yourself that question. Practitioners cannot promise results anymore than physicians can, but we can offer our clients some guidelines.
Reiki always encourages a person toward balance. Everyone has a unique path to balance. Children tend to respond faster than adults. Reiki creates an immediate shift in one's state, but it also sets in motion subtle shifts that continue to surface over time.
Give yourself some credit if you are not able to relax fully during a Reiki session. It happened to me too. It takes some time to learn how to relax and work on your breathing. Everything will fall into place after a couple of weeks.
The most rewarding time is when I see my clients go into deeper breathing and are totally relaxed. That's when healing takes place and where body, mind and soul can reconnect. All I want you to do is keep an open mind and be willing to receive. Remember that Reiki energy is always serving to a person's highest good and does never do harm. You are doing the work and I am only channeling your energy.
Prepare for a session

Drinking plenty of water before and after your session is recommended.

If you wear clean, loose-fitting, comfortable clothing, you will be able to relax more easily.

Wearing natural fabrics such as cotton, linen, or silk is a good choice.

Please remove your shoes, jewelry, and glasses before your session, and keep your phone switched off or leave it behind.




What is a mantra in meditation?
Mantra is a Sanskrit term, with “man” meaning “mind” and “tra” meaning “release.” You may think of a mantra, a word or phrase you repeat during meditation as a tool to help release your mind.
A personal mantra is an affirmation to motivate and inspire you to be your best self. It is typically a positive phrase or statement that you use to affirm the way you want to live your life.
A mantra is intended to use your thoughts as a guide. It can help center your mind.
Many people find that using a mantra can boost awareness and improve concentration.









For people with a cancer diagnosis, energy healing can help reduce some of the uncomfortable symptoms one may experience with cancer treatment, such as weakness, pain, anxiety, and nausea. Whether a patient is newly diagnosed and waiting to begin treatment, is actively undergoing treatment, is in the late stages of cancer and facing a poor diagnosis, in palliative care, or in complete remission, energy healing sessions may be beneficial.
From my own experience, energy healing is an effective way to reduce anxiety and induce relaxation and balance for those who are in remission after completing cancer treatments.
